It is important to us that our customers enjoy their flea taxi dog collars and get real value for money out of all of the products they buy from us...So please consider these points...

Flea taxi doesn't try to persuade customers to buy matching leads... and there are a few reasons for this -

A) flea taxi collars are covered with fun bright fabrics in 100% cotton & are a fashion item...They do need to be washed from time to time...after about 2-3 weeks, (naturally depending on the dog's personality & how active and dirty it gets!) Otherwise the fabric looks dull and can become permanently stained too depending on what it comes into contact with...For this reason we focus on the idea of customers thinking about having at least 2 of the designs they like...then they can wash and change them...a bit like a kids t-shirts!

B) Many flea taxi customers find they can't decide which design to buy as they love so many of them...So for fun they get more than 1.  It then becomes obvious that they don't want a lead to match each print...it is annoying having that many different ones hanging around (and even the designer of the range doesn't do that)!

C) Many dog lovers have a favorite style of lead...the ‘choker lead', the ‘extendable' lead...the choices are endless and flea taxi can't offer them all...So we suggest investing in an extra collar and coordinating them with a good plain lead that will suit them all.

All the accessories on flea taxi collars are in black ...

  • 1) Black shows off the colours in our beautiful prints, but also allows customers to put a plain black lead with any of the printed collars - and it still looks very effective. (Many of the prints will also coordinate well with the other plain colours that are readily available...blue, red, pink etc...)

D) Most dogs need & wear a collar every day... You can really have fun with this accessory...Choose bright colourful stylish collars that your dog can wear every day...The lead is just a functional item that your dog uses briefly while on their walk...So it is a much more practical investment to have a few different fun collars and change them regularly - wash them and keep them looking good...Then use a lead that co-ordinates and works well with them all...but you don't need to have too many of them!

E) With the amount of wear that collars will get over time...It is inevitable that they will wear out eventually - well before a matching lead, as it is used a lot less.

We don't see the point in being eventually left with a lead without a collar to match. When you choose more fun designs you feel it necessary to buy more leads to match, although your old one is still in good condition.

flea taxi, don't want our customers to have this problem ...
